Moreover, I note that turkey in batter was offered as an opportunity for the future (I did not expect that someone would be immediately interested)))). But once they asked, and I just had the rest of the meat, then I decided - why not?) The husband was pleased :)
I tried this dish with a friend. She cooked it, though not a turkey, but a chicken. But she didn’t like the chicken and she said that the turkey turns out to be cooler. I decided to cook it - it was right. Yummy that still!

What is necessary:

5) Add garlic, salt, spices to the meat and mix everything thoroughly
6) Leave to marinate for 15 minutes (it is possible more. I lay for 1.5 hours, marinated, but this is because I was waiting for my husband))))
7) After the meat has been marinated, turn on the pan with a sufficient amount of vegetable oil(the batter absorbs it so well ...) and prepare the batter.

In general, turkey is quite often on our table. It's just that we like that, since then we cook a lot from turkey. I didn't cook all the meat in one day. First I made the chops in batter. The meat turned out so tender, juicy and tasty that after a few days I cooked chops in cheese batter.

I put flour in a separate plate. Instead of flour, you can take crackers or corn flour, but I usually dip the chops in flour and then in an egg. But this must be done just before frying.
I put a frying pan on the fire and pour vegetable oil into it. About 1/3 of a 200 gram glass. The oil needs to be warmed up.
Dip the chop in flour, then in eggs and in a frying pan. I fit 4 chops. Fry them on both sides until golden brown. Fry for 2 minutes on both sides over high heat, and then reduce the heat and fry for 10 minutes over low heat.
My mother puts them in a saucepan in layers, sprinkles each layer with finely chopped onions and garlic and pours sour cream. It turns out 3-4 layers and stews over low heat. Can be sautéed by placing the turkey chops in a baking dish.
These chops are not for everyone, they are obtained without a crispy crust, but very tender and tasty. Dad loves stews in sour cream. As he himself notes, the chops in sour cream melt in your mouth.
