  2. While the meat and mushrooms are fried, prepare the creamy julienne sauce. Melt the butter in a frying pan, add flour and mix thoroughly. Separately, in a saucepan, combine the cream with sour cream, add seasoning and bring to a boil. Then add the butter-flour mixture and mix everything.

    Cream and sour cream sauce cannot be boiled for a long time, otherwise it will separate into two fractions: fat will float at the top and liquid at the bottom.

  3. Add fried onions, mushrooms and turkey to the finished creamy sauce. Stir and you can remove from heat.
  4. Place the julienne in a suitable bowl, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes at 200 degrees.
