  • Pour water into an enamel pan and immerse the meat.
  • Cook over high heat until boiling, without covering. The broth has boiled - reduce the heat to medium and add some salt.
  • After 40 minutes, remove the cooked meat and cool.

Step 2

  • Finely chop the greens and garlic.
  • Peel the onions and carrots.
  • Cut the carrots lengthwise and the onion in half. Place in a preheated frying pan without oil, cut sides down. The vegetables will cook until lightly browned.
  • We do the same with celery. It is enough for 2 blocks measuring 3 by 8 cm.

You can bake turkey wings in the oven for a holiday, for everyday meals, or as an unusual snack for beer. Properly prepared wings will be a tempting delicacy - they look great, they have something to eat, and there is a place for them on any (including diet) table.

If we want to bake the most delicious turkey wings in the oven, we cook in the sleeve. This simple technique will allow you to get a wonderful dish - as juicy, tender and aromatic as possible, and also surprisingly piquant thanks to the use of adjika in the recipe.

Ingredients:

  • turkey (wings) – 400 gr.;
  • – 2 tbsp. l.;
  • mayonnaise – 2 tbsp. l.;
  • olive oil – 1 tbsp. l.;
  • seasonings - to taste.

Wash the wings thoroughly and dry (you can blot them with a paper towel), rub with salt and other seasonings to taste, then marinate in adjika and olive oil for 30 minutes.

Before baking, the wings are greased with a mixture of mayonnaise and sour cream and, together with the marinade, placed in a sleeve in which several holes are made with a toothpick to remove steam.

Place everything in the oven, preheated to 180⁰C, for 50-60 minutes. To brown the meat more, you can carefully cut the “packaging” and push its edges to the sides 5-10 minutes before the end of cooking.

Turkey wings with potatoes

Turkey wings when baked in the oven are both very tender and crispy golden. And if you cook turkey wings with potatoes, you will immediately get both aromatic dietary meat and an appetizing side dish for it.

Ingredients:

  • turkey (wings) – 500 gr.;
  • – 700 gr.;
  • onion – 1 pc.;
  • garlic – 3-4 cloves;
  • sour cream – 2 tbsp. l.;
  • cheese – 60 gr.;
  • water – 100 ml;
  • pepper – ½ tsp.
  • salt - to taste.

Wash the potatoes, peel them and cut into thin circles. Thaw the meat, rinse and dry. Cut the onion into thin rings, squeeze the garlic through a press. In a heat-resistant dish, greased with oil, place potatoes, onions and turkey wings one by one, salt and pepper each layer.

Pour sour cream diluted with water onto a baking sheet and place it in the oven for 30 minutes at 200⁰C. Next, sprinkle the dish with grated cheese and bake until done.

Cooking in foil

Turkey wings cooked in foil have a delicious golden and crispy crust, underneath which lies tender and juicy meat. An additional advantage of this recipe is that the wings are cooked with tomatoes and spices, which will give the finished dish a piquant aroma and subtle sourness.

Ingredients:

  • turkey (wings) – 300 gr.;
  • sun-dried tomatoes – 1 tbsp. l.;
  • olive oil – 1 tbsp. l.;
  • water – 200 ml;
  • garlic pepper – ½ tsp;
  • peppers (black, red, ground) – ½ tsp;
  • basil (dried) – ¼ tsp;
  • paprika (sweet, ground) – ¼ tsp.

Wash and dry the turkey wings, rub with pepper and salt, then place on foil and rub with a mixture of olive oil, garlic pepper, paprika and basil, and place sun-dried tomatoes on top.

Wrap the dish in foil, put it in a cold oven, which then needs to be heated to a temperature of 200⁰C for 40-45 minutes. After this period, the foil is cut and the edges are pulled apart so that the turkey is browned. Before serving, the dish can be sprinkled with a small amount of lemon juice.

Important! Turkey wings are significantly larger in size than chicken wings, so just a couple of pieces are enough for an adult to be satisfied. And one more advantage of turkey wings is that the finished meat is removed from them very easily, much easier than from chicken wings.

Turkey wings with vegetables

Turkey wings with vegetables baked in the oven will become a complete second course, which has everything: tasty meat, juicy vegetables and aromatic gravy.

Ingredients:

  • turkey (wings) – 500 gr.;
  • potatoes – 1 kg;
  • onions – 2 pcs.;
  • - 1 PC.;
  • - 3 pcs.;
  • honey - 1 tbsp. l.;
  • salt – 1 tsp;
  • balsamic vinegar – 1 tbsp. l.;
  • black pepper – ½ tsp;
  • ground coriander – ½ tsp;
  • olive oil – 1 tbsp. l.;
  • tomato paste – 1 tbsp. l.;
  • greens (assorted) - 3 sprigs.

To marinate the wings, melt honey, add pepper, coriander, salt, balsamic vinegar, olive oil and tomato paste to the marinade. Dip the turkey wings into the thoroughly mixed mixture, cover with cling film and place in the refrigerator for 6-12 hours.

After the meat is ready, you can cut the peeled potatoes into small slices, the onions into half rings, the carrots into slices or strips, the pepper (cleaned of seeds and partitions) into thin strips. Mix the vegetables, add oil and salt, then place in a sleeve placed on a baking sheet.

Level the vegetable layer along the bottom of the sleeve, place the wings on top, pour the dish with the mixture in which they were marinated. The sleeve is tied, pierced in several places and sent to the oven (180⁰C) for 60-70 minutes, after which the bag is cut and unfolded.

Wings in the oven

Mayonnaise-based marinade

Although chicken meat itself cooks quickly, mayonnaise will make it even more tender and crumbly. In addition to mayonnaise, we will need some seasonings - curry, paprika, some Provençal herbs, as well as onions and apple cider vinegar.

This marinade is perfect for cooking wings on the grill.

  1. Add mayonnaise to the bowl and mix it with vinegar.
  2. Add the listed spices and mix everything.
  3. Leave the marinade aside a little and peel the onion.
  4. Pour the marinade over the wings and place chopped onion rings on top.
  5. Now we wait three hours and we can move on to the grill.

Honey marinade

To prepare this marinade we will need a tablespoon of honey, tomato paste and several types of pepper. You can use any honey you can find on the farm.

  1. First of all, mix tomato paste with honey.
  2. Now add ground peppers and a little salt to taste to this mass.
  3. Mix our marinade thoroughly and you can start marinating the wings.
  4. We coat each wing with marinade on all sides and after thirty minutes you can start cooking.

Wings in the oven with crust

To prepare, we need the following: the wings themselves, paprika, a little honey, soy sauce, hot sauce, baking powder, vinegar and some seasonings.

  1. Mix salt, paprika and baking powder and sprinkle it over the washed and dried wings.
  2. Leave them for about twenty minutes, and in the meantime prepare a baking sheet.
  3. Place a baking rack on a baking sheet and line it with parchment on top.
  4. Place the marinated wings on parchment and place the entire structure in the oven.
  5. After half an hour, we take out the wings and pour them with a mixture of honey, hot sauce, vinegar and send them for another ten minutes.

BBQ wings

Ingredients: tomato paste, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic powder, pepper, basil, salt and sugar.

  1. Combine tomato paste, soy sauce, basil and lemon juice.
  2. Next, add sugar and garlic powder and mix everything thoroughly.
  3. The marinade should be thick and very flavorful.
  4. Lubricate the wings with the resulting marinade and leave to marinate for fifteen minutes.
  5. After this, place the wings in the oven for half an hour and the wings are ready.
  6. Five minutes before the end, pour the fat that has rendered onto the wings.

Wings in a frying pan

For the marinade we need tomato paste, soy sauce, garlic, a little honey, lemon juice and spices to taste.

  1. Wash the wings, shake them and cut off a small part.
  2. Sprinkle the meat with ground pepper, several types are possible, and also add other spices to taste.
  3. Prepare the marinade - mix together tomato paste, honey, lemon juice, soy sauce and finely chopped garlic. Mix everything thoroughly.
  4. In heated vegetable oil, fry the wings on all sides to form a crust.
  5. After this, pour the marinade into the pan and fry the wings in it, turning them over so that they are well saturated with the marinade.
  6. Cover with a lid and simmer until tender - about half an hour.
  7. Serve the wings warm with sweet and sour sauce.

Delicious turkey wings

Turkey meat is very similar to chicken, but is considered more dietary and healthy. Let's look at some simple and delicious recipes for making them.

Turkey wings in spicy marinade

Ingredients: wings, soy sauce, oranges, garlic and spices.

  1. Prepare the marinade - combine soy sauce, honey, orange juice, finely chopped garlic and spices.
  2. Wash and dry the turkey wings and make slits in the skin.
  3. Pour the marinade over the wings and leave for two hours.
  4. Place the wings on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil.

Turkey wings braised in a frying pan

To prepare the dish we will need the following: carrots, sour cream, vegetable oil and spices to taste.

  1. Pour water into the pan and put in the washed wing, coarsely chopped carrots, onions and celery.
  2. Add a few allspice peas, salt and cook everything together for about an hour over low heat.
  3. Cut the purple onion and garlic into thin half rings. Finely chop the hot pepper. Fry all this in vegetable oil.
  4. Grate several tomatoes on a coarse grater.
  5. Add the tomatoes to the pan and simmer over low heat for another ten minutes.
  6. We take out the wing, separate the meat, chop it finely and send it back to the broth.
  7. Add tomatoes from the pan.
  8. Let everything come to a boil and finish with a sprinkle of parsley.

Tomato turkey wing soup

Ingredients: turkey wing, tomato paste, potatoes, vegetable oil, spices, onions.

  1. Fill the pan with water and put in the turkey, coarsely chopped onion, and carrots. You can also add a few peas of allspice.
  2. Cook all this together for about forty minutes over low heat.
  3. While the broth is cooking, let's make the dressing for our soup.
  4. Finely chop the onion and bell pepper.
  5. Fry the onion in vegetable oil, and then add the pepper and fry a little more.
  6. Now it's time to add some tomato paste and a spoonful of water to the pan.
  7. Peel and chop the potatoes into small pieces.
  8. Finely chop the greens and garlic.
  9. Strain the broth, take out the wing and finely chop the meat and carrots.
  10. Put the broth back on the fire, add the roast, potatoes and cook for about ten minutes.
  11. Now add garlic, herbs and cover the pan with a lid.
  12. Turn off the heat and let the soup simmer for at least twenty minutes.
