On Sundays, I often spoil my family with some original breakfast. My family loves it very much. One day the idea of such an interesting breakfast was born, everyone really liked it and now we often have to prepare these wonderful baked buns, which we called “Sunday Breakfast”.

Beautiful design and wonderful taste allow this dish to take its place on the festive table, especially during a buffet. You can bake small buns or buy them ready-made at the supermarket.

I hope you liked my idea and you will also please your family with such an original breakfast. Children especially love my oven-baked stuffed buns. The recipe is simple,
The dish is easy to prepare and the ingredients for it are available to everyone.

To prepare we will need:
- ham;
- hard cheese;
- quail eggs;
- mayonnaise;
- ketchup;
- a mixture of peppers;
- salt to taste;
- small buns.

Preparation

1. Prepare all ingredients. I don’t write the proportions of the products, since only you can determine the number of buns needed for your family or guests.
2. Cut the ham into small strips. Boiled or smoked sausage is also suitable for this dish.

3. Grate hard cheese on a coarse grater. It is better to take sharp varieties of cheese.

4. Place ham (sausage) and cheese in a bowl, add mayonnaise and ketchup. Salt and pepper. Mix everything well.

5. Prepare small buns (preferably yesterday's) for stuffing. It is necessary to cut off the top of the bun and remove all the crumb from the inside. It can then be used for .

6. Fill the blanks with cheese and meat mass. But not to the very top. You need to leave room for the testicle. Place the stuffed buns in the preheated oven for a few minutes. Or better yet under the grill. They should warm up well and the cheese inside should melt.

7. Remove the buns from the oven, crack a quail egg into each, add a little salt and return to the oven for a few minutes. The egg white should set, but the yolk should remain raw. Be careful not to overdry the eggs, otherwise the taste of the dish will deteriorate.

Sprinkle the finished buns with green onion beads and quickly serve before they cool. I assure you, your family will appreciate your efforts.
Bon appetit everyone!
