Required products:

  • chicken fillet - 4 pieces
  • large handful of prunes
  • cheese - about 100 g
  • salt pepper
  • spices

We wash the chicken fillet, dry it with a paper towel and cut along the piece, but not completely, without cutting about 1 cm. This must be done so that the cut fillet can be unfolded like a book.

Now you need to beat the meat with a hammer, or just with a knife in different directions.
