If the dough is too dry, you can add a little cold water or ½ raw egg.

The resulting mixture should be thoroughly kneaded, and the finished dough should be wrapped in cellophane and sent to the refrigerator for an hour. After the specified time, you should take out the dough, roll it into a 3 mm thick layer, put it into a mold with low sides and put it back in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes. After waiting for this period, the dough is taken out, pricked with a fork and placed in a preheated oven (200C) for 12-15 minutes. The base should acquire a light brown, golden hue.

To prepare the filling, broccoli should be boiled in steep salted boiling water. Beat the cream, after which, without stopping whipping, add a stream of milk and garlic squeezed through a press.
