It is the very place where, at first, for so long maneuvering, and then Olga Alisova abruptly started. The movement of her car was supposed to get into the lenses of at least four cameras. They are installed at each entrance. One of them was supposed to capture the moment of the tragedy. It was here that the foreign car knocked down Alyosha Shimko, but the whole video mysteriously disappeared.
However, it was a fine Sunday evening, in the courtyard full of people. On the swings and slides - kids, near - parents. So there are enough witnesses to the accident. According to eyewitnesses, investigators restored the picture. "I heard the roar of the engine, there was acceleration"; “She talked on the phone, a lot of people saw this”; “She raced at high speed, moved with two wheels,” the witnesses say.
Six-year-old Alyosha fled home from the playground, grandfather walked behind and carried his bicycle. The car hit the child with a bumper, knocked down, moved with front wheels and dragged it under the bottom to the next entrance.
People rushed to the rescue, someone called an ambulance. The owner of the car left the car, but did not approach Alyosha. “The child was placed in the back seat, and she was indignant: you will get my car dirty. That's right, ”says an eyewitness Anastasia Isaeva.
Alyosha Shimko died on the spot, his mother did not let her take her body away for a long time. The culprit of the tragedy, Olga Alisova, said that she had not seen the boy: he jumped out from behind tall bushes right under the wheels. I didn’t speak on the phone while driving and drove at a speed not exceeding ten kilometers per hour. “In the photo there is a clear braking distance of the car. If you move in the yard at the permitted speed, there will be no such trace, even if you sharply press the brake. We can draw conclusions: the speed was exceeded, ”says Sergei Antipov, Uncle Alyosha Shimko.
The family of the deceased insisted on conducting an investigative experiment. People were put into the car of the same brand that hit the child. A boy of the same build as Alyosha was asked to follow the same route. There was no foliage on bushes and trees. Conclusion: the person walking in front of the car is clearly visible.
Little is known about Alisova herself. She is 31 years old, married, they say, with criminal authority. Allegedly received a term in the case of "black realtors." They gave ten years, seven have already served. However, there are rumors that today she has a different patron. “A girl from the city administration came to our store, she said that he works in the administration either Zheleznodorozhny or Balashikha,” says a local resident Larisa Alekseenko.

Yuri Pigolkin, a forensic medical examiner of the highest category, does not understand why his colleague from Zheleznodorozhny did not ask himself if such a dose of alcohol could be in the blood of a six-year-old child. “An expert, faced with such a question, should have been guided by his experience,” the head of the forensic medical examination department is convinced. Narcologist Alexei Kazantsev claims: you don’t need to be a specialist here to understand the absurdity of the results of the examination. “This alcohol content is typical for a liter of vodka. A six-year-old child, by height and weight, could not drink such a dose and even more so after that riding a scooter. Even adults would not be able to, ”says Kazantsev.
According to the relatives of Alyosha, instead of an apology by postal order, Alisova sent them 50 thousand rubles. “How dare I evaluate the child’s life in money. If I could tear a piece of heart or soul, I don’t know what she has there, and put it on the grave ... ”, says Roman Shimko. Alisova - under the sign of not leaving, forensic expert - under. Just a couple of days ago, forensic expert Mikhail Kleimenov assured that he did not make a controversial examination confirming the presence of a high concentration of alcohol in the child’s blood, and signed the conclusion without looking at all. Now the man insists that 2 samples were taken from the deceased boy: one to determine the blood type, and the second to study the concentration of ethyl alcohol. According to the law, alcohol analysis in an accident is always carried out, regardless of the age of the deceased person. According to the physician, the tubes were sealed and escorted by police officers to the forensic examination bureau of the Moscow Regional Vladimirsky Research Institute. And when the result came, confirming the presence of 2.7 ppm in the biomaterial, he decided to compare the samples. And with almost 100 percent probability they coincided.
At the same time, acetaldehyde, a product of the breakdown of alcohol in the body under the influence of a liver enzyme, was allegedly found in the boy’s blood. That is, forensic experts could no longer mix alcohol into a test tube after blood sampling. This was also talked about on the air of our radio station by the head of the department of forensic medical examination named after Sechenov, corresponding member of the Russian Academy of Sciences Yuri Pigolkin.
PIGOLKIN: When alcohol enters the human body, it begins to break down under the action of the enzyme, alcohol dehydrogenase, and acetaldehyde is formed, which is further destroyed to water and carbon dioxide. If we talk about the concentration of alcohol (identified by experts in the child - approx. Ed.), Then a person at this concentration is already sleeping. And if the child has such a concentration of alcohol ... Nobody has conducted such studies, because it is amazing. But if he is not superman, he would die.

The fact is that after a strange examination, the Investigative Committee opened a criminal case under the article “Negligence”. Roman Shimko, the boy’s father, is convinced that both blood samples cannot belong to his son.
SHIMKO: The examination says that the mucous membrane is not burned, the lungs, the trachea are not burned, there is no smell of alcohol in the intestines. Kleimenov says he gave the samples to a policeman who drove them to the Moscow Regional Clinical Research Institute. Vladimirsky. After a month and a half against, a criminal case was opened. Now the woman is under a recognizance not to leave, a traological examination is being carried out, that is, it is established at what speed the woman was traveling and whether she could slow down in time. One of the witnesses claims that Olga was talking on the phone while driving, and this is just an aggravating circumstance.
To dispel all speculation and finally find out whose blood was in the test tubes, an additional DNA examination was carried out - two samples examined and the boy's mother for compliance. Results will be known this week. However, the question “why confuse the investigation and who cares?” Remains open. The boy’s father has his own version.

Due to heated debates over the examination, everyone almost missed the main thing - the punishment for a fatal accident. In addition, the alleged culprit Olga Alisova admitted that she does not believe that the boy drank alcohol. And she especially insisted that she had nothing to do with the examination. Unofficially, the media slipped up the assumption that the acquaintances of her husband, who is currently serving a sentence in the colony, could interfere with the investigation. But lawyers find it difficult to explain attempts to declare a child drunk. Even assuming that the blood tests are genuine, this does not remove the responsibility of the driver who knocked down a pedestrian in the yard. Experts admit only the probability of a slight mitigation of punishment by the judge. Theoretically, indulgence would be possible, but not in this case, given the resonance of the case and the fact that a minor child became a victim of an accident.
